Hi every one I want to find the dna sequence of ferulic acid decarboxylase from different organism can any one help me how to find it ??

You can download it from KEGG database, from there itself you can get gene sequences and protein sequences from different orgaism. Other way is, from uniprot- search the enzyme you want and get the ncbi protein and nucleotide accession by enabling Refseq. Then use NCBI batch for bulk extraction

Hey can you explain NCBI batch concept I mean how to extract all the nucleotide sequence ?

Just upload your query ID to appropriate database (nucleotide/ protein). Once the ids are mapped. Download the fasta file. Detailed help can be found here
