Hi,
I have the following data from GEO: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?view=data&acc=GSM873276&id=24736&db=GeoDb_blob73
I would like to convert it to a 2-columns table with gene symbols and a number that quantifies expression values.
Could someone please point me to relevant tutorials, papers, resources and packages?
