I can not run IGV 2.4 on my windows 7 pc I click on igv.bat no any respond occur

Run igv.bat from a command prompt to see the error message.

Hi! I had a similar problem on my windows 10. If I run it directly from Start, it will just blink the console and immediately switch off. What seems to help is opening the folder where the igv.bat file is located and clicking it there. I have no idea why this way it switches on correctly, but it works for me so far. I hope it helps!
