Dear all,

I met some troubles as I can't understand the FISH data meaning when I read a paper, Extensive Heterogeneity and Intrinsic Variation in Spatial Genome Organization, and the FISH data have one column,FieldIndex, which I can't know what's its meaning. I'll give some screen capture bellow and hope some dear ones help me.

These FISH data come from https://data.4dnucleome.org/publications/80007b23-7748-4492-9e49-c38400acbe60/

I konw the field meaning from the following paragraph quoated from the paper supplement.

Imaging on chromosomes 1, 17, and 18 was performed in four channels (405, 488, 561, 640 nm excitation lasers) in an automated fashion using a dual spinning disk high-throughput confocal microscope (PerkinElmer Opera QEHS) with a 40X water immersion lens (NA = 0.9) and pixel binning of 2 (pixel size = 320 nm). 20-40 fields of view were imaged per well.
