Are there any RNA-seq data repositories for patients who were non-responsive to cancer treatments?

Hello,

I was wondering if there are any data repositories that have genomic data from patients that are non-responsive to cancer therapies or have some level of relapse.

Ideally, I am looking for RNA-Seq data (or any other less common genomic data like Hi-C and scRNA-Seq) from immunotherapies that have responsive and non-responsive patients. In general, are there any resources that have such genomic data from clinical trials?

Best, Ali

I am not totally sure but you can check that thing from C-bio portal. This site has a lot of data related to cancer genome. Thanks.

Check TCGA and focus on recurrent data. You may only have access to already mapped data but, depending on the tumor type you are most interested on, you can find plenty of information about recurrent patients (glioma and breast cancer, for example, have quite a few inclusions)
