I've searched a lot and can only find the database below: http://research.nhgri.nih.gov/DNaseHS/

However, such database seems quite old, and only confined to several cell types like CD4. I searched the pubmed, and seems there's not much follow-up research on hypersensitivity sites after year 2006.

Thanks

Edit: for anyone who has the same problem, plz refer to: http://genome.ucsc.edu/ENCODE/

And choose "Open Chromatin" track
