Hi,
I was trying to work using SNPhylo. After successful installation and generation of some output files, I got following error message.
"ln: failed to create symbolic link 'infile': Operation not permitted
dnaml: can't find input file "infile" Please enter a new file name> dnaml: can't find input file "y" Please enter a new file name> Please enter a new file name>
ERROR: Unexpected end-of-file."
People who use SNPhylo might know more about this issue.
Note: I was running following command /home/arjun/snphylo/snphylo.sh -H soybean.txt
Can you please help solve this issue.
