Hello, I have been given a precomputed statistical analysis set (analysis was performed on plink) from an eQTL data set that I am to visualize, but first I would have to filter the precomputed data which I'm not familiar with or know how to go about it. Would someone kindly guide me to where I might learn to do the necessary filtering, possibly a tutorial or a previous study?

Thanks in advance.

The filtering you do will depend on what you want to visualise. Effect sizes, signficance, some form of network structure? Will your visualisation incorporate all "results" or just those that are statistically significant?

Thanks for getting back to me. It'll only include those that are statistically significant and links them to a list of SNPs that are known to have an effect on a number of diseases.
