Hello I need to perform burden tests from vcf files It is not clear for me, what exactly are input files and how they should be generated I found that I can make Plink binary files from vcf files(bed, bim, fam). So that I can run burden test when I have three Plink files generated from my vcf file- am I right?
I also found that bed file can be made with plink --tfile ExomeChr22 --make-bed --out ExomeChr22
What are bim and fam files, and how they can be made?
