scRNA-seq cell type annotation

I'm now dealing with a 10X genomics single cell RNA-seq data. The species is western mosquitofish, which have few information. I've met two main challenges:

1. how can i get the mitochondrial gene information.

2. how to annotate the cell types of a fresh species like western mosquitofish.
