Converting Multiple Global Alignment From Clustalw To Pwm?

How can one convert a Clustalw alignment file (.aln) to a PWM that is parsable by seqLogo (R program)? Alternatively can Clustalw output a PWM directly in addition to the .aln file? Thanks.
