Do you use one, both? In your opinion, which is better and why?

You can refer to this webpage, they compared not only SuperPose and FAST and other Superposition Servers also: http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/home/meng/grpmt/structalign-content.html. As mentioned in their webpage, there is trouble in superpose more than two structures in SuperPose, but it is user friendly than FAST.
