Hi all,
I'd like to load TSS sites to Homer, however I don't know what format loadPromoters.pl accept.
Here is appropriate page from manual, but it is not clear in this respect.
I have gff file with experimentally determined TSS.
Does anybody used this command? What is your experiences?
