I am not able to understand the 'Class codes of GffCompare utility'.

1. Which class codes to choose for Annotated transcripts and for novel transcripts, respectively?
2. Is it correct to consider only Class code'=' as annotated transcript and onlyClass code 'u' as novel?

Can you help me please?
