Highlight unique transcripts in Gviz

Hi All,

I am using Gviz to plot transcripts from 5 different tissues. I have independent gtf files for each of the five tissues . I can make the plots showing transcripts, each tissue in different track. Now, I want to highlight the transcripts which are present only in one tissue. Can it be possible to do with Gviz ? Or the community member is having any other suggestion?
