Interpreting EggNOG Results

When using eggNOG what are common cut-offs used for score/e-value? Some genes of interest are being identified in a wide variety of clusters of orthologous groups due to the ubiquitous nature of a domain.

Some of the results have extremely low scores/ high e-values such as: evalue:0.0008 score:22.4

I assume this would likely not be considered significant in most cases?
