Hi,
I've been trying to use Agrigo v2 in the last few days and get stuck on the processing screen for hours (without anything happens).
it is not my first time working with agrigo and it is not a large analysis (around 300 genes).
I am working with Triticum dicoccoides.
does anyone else faceing the same problem?
and are there any other platforms recommended for gene ontology analysis for plants?
I've had the same issue for weeks. It appears that it's just down for the count. version 1 still works for me though, maybe that's a solution for you as well?
Hey there,
I sympathize with your issues (hopefully resolved?) with AgriGO, since I cannot even currently access the platform (problem unrelated to connection issue/no prior experience). I read on another thread dated 3.5 years ago that it has historically gone down for days/weeks?! This is sadly not am acceptable problem that scientists can afford to depend on utilizing. If anyone has info regarding this issue with AgriGO and/or suggestions for alternative, reliable analysis platforms for GO analysis with relatively small (approximately 500 genes max) from plant (tomato) RNAseq datasets, I would also sincerely appreciate someone replying. Thanks in advance!
The authors recently posted a comment to their latest manuscript in NAR, referring to a github page which contains active links for all their databases. Those links are working for me.
