The report comes from a company that analyzed our ChIP-Seq. And I have to use the report to explain the interaction of proteins in my research. Currently I have already interpreted part of the data but there is still Peak Calling, GO analysis, KEGG, PCA and Motif.

Yes. Many of us know how to interpret ChIP-Seq reports. But I'm sure "yes" is not a useful answer. What would you like to know? Please have a look at: how to ask useful questions.

We cannot read your mind or intuit what said report looks like. Googling "peak calling", "GO analysis", "PCA", etc, will yield plenty of easy to understand results. If you want a more in-depth explanation, you need to offer us specific questions with examples from your report.
