How can I know the proportion of two deletion that they are in cis in IGV

I have a region covered by 26930 reads. I have called 2 deletion some of them are in cis (both deletion in the same read) but some reads only call the second deletion.

I was wondering how can I get the proportion of reads that call both reads?
