wgcna without clinical traits

Hi all, I have a RNA-seq data with enough number of samples, but I dont have clinical_traits.csv file can I perform WGCNA without that file ?

Yes. The WGCNA algorithm doesn't require any clinical traits, it just has the ability to control for them if required.
