Hello! I have done binning work and assessment through checkm. The result of checkm is a little bit strange. I have 2 bins and the completeness of them is 84% and 15%. That means the sum of them fast 100%. And the Marker of them is 340+15 (The bin with 84%) and 15+340 (The bin with 15%). So how can I evaluate this result? Can I merge them in one *.fasta file? I think this is not a coincidence. Thanks!

CheckM has merge functionality that is specifically designed for this purpose. Its usage is explained by typing checkm merge -h and on CheckM wiki:

Hello! I have tried this function but a little bit confused. There is a *.tsv file, in which I can read the result after merging. But when I dont have merged the bins. The result is empty. That means I must merge the bins firstly and then assess it? Thanks!
