Hi there, I am doing some chip-seq analysis with Deeptools and currently got an issue with the plotHeatmap function. As the pic shows, the xAxisLabel are totally overlaped with the refPointLabel. Is that any possible methods I could adjust the size of those labels?
In fact, I changed the whole width of the final pic with --heatmapWidth and it works. But just curious, is that any other ways in Deeptools instead of adjusting the width or just wipe them off? Any income will be much appericated.
