Hi I am getting "segmentation fault" error while running stringtie
stringtie -B -e -G merged_1sor.gtf -o output.gtf *.sorted.bam
Whats going wrong in this?
Annoyingly these errors can be caused by many different things. The first thing to check is memory (RAM - not disk space). How much do you have access to?
The RAM which I am using is 32GB
