metrics of copy numbers analyze

Hello, I would like to evaluate the quality of copy number analysis. Are there any metrics for this? And how can they be counted?

What do you mean by "evaluate the quality of copy number analysis"? Have you run already CNV analysis using any specific tool? If so, the output file would probably have some quality metrics defining the confidence level of the given CNV call. For example, in facets one can evaluate CNLR_MEDIAN_CLUST or MAF_R_CLUST of the output VCF to filter the calls.

I need additional metrics besides those in the tool. For example Derivative log ratio spread (DLRS), confidence score.
