How to extract P-Values and LogFC from lrTest in MAST?

Hi all,

after running lmTest <- lrTest(zlmCond, Hypothesis('grouplate')) in the MAST package, how do i get the pvalues and logfoldchanges?

I would very much appreciate any help!
