Hello everyone I want to ask I have a dataset in which I see there are snps that are shared by genes across two or more tissues. So, let say snp1 shows effect for geneA across two tissues. I want to know what kind of analysis I can do to study this mechanism wherein genetic factors are shared between tissues for a common gene? I though of colocalization maybe this snp1 share between these two tissues. Can anyone provide more guidance about these kind of analysis? Thank you.
