hello guys, I have a question, I created the refGeneMrna.fasta file, the avinput file, using annovar, what will be my next step, I would appreciate it if you inform me about this issue.
annovar/table_annovar.pl annovar/output.avinput annovar/humandb/ -buildver hg19 -out annovar/output -remove -protocol refGene -operation g -nastring .
But I am not working with humandb/ -buildver hg19 file, what should I write here instead of humandb and hg19?
