plink: king table, why kinship=0.5 and IBS0=0

Hi,

I used plink command --update-sex to update sex for 100 samples, and then generate a king table using --make-king-table. In the king table, 50 pairs of samples have IBS0=0 and KINGSHIP=0.5, which doesn't make sense. Can someone explain why?

Thank you!

You probably won't get any useful help unless you write enough for a reader to easily understand WHY this result "doesn't make sense" to you.
