[Protein-Protein Interaction Network][STRING DB]

I want to reconstruct Protein-Protein Interaction Network of some Bacterial strains using STRING DB. I have proteome datasets of these bacterial strains. But these strains are not listed in STRING DB. How can I proceed further? Please guide me from basics. Thanks.
