Good day, all, I am interested in finding a formula to detect % of clones CN-LOH for microarray samples. Obviously, the Log R Ration remains unchanged, so this is a bit challenging. Other than a direct visual inspection, has anyone had success in creating a method for capturing this information? TIA.
