Hi all!

I am a PhD student, I am familiar with single-cell transcriptomics, my PI is interested in me learning about spatial transcriptomics. I have searched for couple of tutorials, however they are not that detailed. I request you all to kindly send me few links for some good tutorials which will give me a headstart before I start using the data from our lab.

Thanking you in anticipation.

Personally, when I learn a new technology, I usually play around with the data that had already been generated by previous labs and try to reproduce some of the findings in their publication before processing my own. What specifically about ST would you like to do? Try to follow similar papers and the software that they'd used.

I want to get started from deconvolution, EDA, marker gene annotations on slides, and rest of the downstream analysis which will be important. You are right, I should also follow the labs doing ST analysis.

Thank you.
