I am encountering an error while using Tax4Fun to import data from SILVAngs. I followed the test run codes provided in the Tax4Fun documentation, but I keep getting the error message "Error in data[[rlabp]] : subscript out of bounds." Here are steps I've taken and the code I'm using:

 1. I am using the `importSilvaNgsData()` function to import the data from the CSV file generated by SILVAngs.
 2. Verified that the CSV file exists and is in the correct format.
 3. Tried using different CSV files from SILVAngs, but I still encounter the same error.
 4. I found a solution posted on github [link here][1]. In this solution, commas are to be replaced with tabs in the csv file. however, my csv files don't have commas. Therefore, even when I tried it I still get the same error message when importing SilvaNgs excel file.

R version: 4.2.0

Tax4Fun version: Tax4Fun 0.3.1

Dependencies Installed: Matrix, pheatmap, RJSONIO, Qiimer 0.9.4, Biom 0.3.12

I'm using Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS on WSL

I am trying to do functional profiling using OTU predictions by SILVAngs web interface from a single sample to test my workflow before running all my datasets. Although there are alternative tools, such as PICRUSt, I would like to see the output that Tax4Fun provides before trying other options.

I would appreciate any insights or suggestions on how to troubleshoot this issue.
