pooling DEGs calculated from various tissues

has anyone ever pooled DEGs into a unified set? I have different DEGs from various regions of brain and need to pool them together to make a clear picture of the effect but there is no statistical method for pooling differentially expressed genes! any thoughts?

What do you mean by "pooling" ? I am thinking of a meta-analysis but you would need to better describe your objectives

By "pooling" I mean sum of all DEPs and removing the duplicates. I haven't seen any paper that describes this! Suppose you have a tissue, like brain; you can divide it into 2 sections and do a transcriptomics/proteomics for a given treatment. then what happens if you pool the DEPs?
