I have Gene IDs and color codes of DNA-nano samples vs Gene IDs and color codes of empty nano and would like to draw KEGG pathway with color to compare the DEGS at different time points (6h blue, 24h pink, 48h green, 72h yellow) using KEGG color mapping
The experiment was conducted using Sheep PBMC.
Can some one assist with step by step to draw the KEGG Pathways?
