Database for non cancer cell lines

I am looking for some database that have some information about RNA seq profiles of Non Cancer Cell lines, specifically those perturbed in LINCS database. is there any database for this ? CCLE and HPA gives TPM for cancer cell lines but I am focusing on non cancer cell lines here.

NCBI GEO has started generating RNA-seq counts for publicly deposited RNA-seq studies and GEO2R (see https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/geo2r/). You could easily access those but would depending on the number of cell lines you're interested in querying, could be too low throughput.
