Hello, I am mapping 24 paired samples to star index and one of the samples first one only is exiting with code 104. It appears to be related to memory usage when I look up the error code. All other samples are successfully mapping for both R1 and R2 (including R2 of the same sample). I tried repeating the alignment with just the one sample to see if that would fix the issue since I would only be allocating memory to the one sample but got the same error code...any suggestions?
