Compensation for SSC-A/CD3-PerCP?

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am doing analysis of flow cytometry data and in a SSC-A/CD3-PerCP graph window, part of the events fall into the left of the y-axis and are invisible (please see the first image below). After adjusting the range of the x-axis, most events become visible, there is a warning saying the 21% events are on the chart edges (the second image below). Is this warning caused by inappropriate compensation? If so, which channel should I adjust? I know how to adjust compensation for two fluorescence channels, but has no idea for SSC-A.
