I have been using the Score application at https://r2.graylab.jhu.edu/ (ROSIE 2). I have found documentation to explain the meaning of the scoring parameters and their significance. What I could not find at all are the expected ranges of these terms. For example, my 219 aa protein has fa_dun of 246. Is that high or low?
