Have you tried googling this? There are numerous publications that come up immediately with common citations for reference panels generated from large scale Holstein cow sequencing projects.

yes, but can't find imputed vcf. For example at gencove (https://docs.gencove.com/base/analysis/projects/data-analysis-configurations/?utm_source=chatgpt.com) there are vcf for imputation but fiies not contains FORMAT+sample1,sample2 , which I need for imputation. Also I have limitation as used ARS-UCD1.2 genomem but not earlier
