Hi, I run an analysis using the "Cell-Cell Contact", "Secreted Signaling", "ECM-Receptor" interactions from the CellChat database.
It runs well but I when I plot the results I want to split the plots to show the cell-cell contact interactions separately from the others. These are the plots I get currently but, as you can see, there is no way to distinguish between the different types of interactions.
