WDL 1.0 - Directory Type

Hello, I need to write a WDL 1.0 script containing CHEWBBACA . The program needs directory path, for ex, to fetch your scheme you have to give him the dir path (containing all the fastas). Is there a way to give to WDL a directory as type?

Yes, that was included in WDL development version, you can use Directory. I think miniwdl supports that.
