IM-fusion data analysis

I am trying to analyse data using IM-Fusion software but the program requires a transposon features file where splicing information has to be included (type column should be either "SD" or "SA" for splice-donor or splice-acceptor sites, respectively). Moreover, I do not know where to find this information, because repeatmasker gtf annotation files do not include this information. This is the documentation link: http://nki-ccb.github.io/imfusion/
