Hello everyone, I am a newbie in bioinformatics and doesn't know much about it. I am assigned to do RNA-Seq analysis of a knockdown sample. Being a totally beginner, I am self-learning RNA-Seq, but I am still facing a lot of difficulties in understanding all the steps. I have understood and done till fastp of my data, but how to carry out a good analysis after this? To all the bioinformatics gurus, tell me the best resources and courses so that I can master this skill too. Along with this tell me steps after fastp.

Please provide more information on what steps you have taken or which workflow you are using. Fastp is a common QC tool, but it's not mandatory, nor have you said what you've used it for. Next step could be more QC, or it could be mapping. Impossible to say without more information.

My suggestion is to find a RNAseq tutorial and try to follow it (many options come up when you search google). If you get stuck, post on here with what you've tried and where you're getting stuck. As it's currently written, your post is difficult to understand what you're not understanding or where you're stuck.
