We still have space available in our upcoming Single-Cell Transcriptomics workshop (virtual but live instruction – June 24–26). This hands-on workshop will guide participants through the complete single-cell RNA-seq workflow, including raw data processing, quality control, clustering (UMAP), cell type identification, and sample integration using Jupyter notebooks with Python and R.
