This hands-on, beginner-friendly course is designed for life scientists with little or no coding experience. Across four intensive days, you’ll learn:
- Python basics, data types, and coding structure
How to manipulate and analyse biological data
Use of libraries like BioPython, NumPy, and pandas
Data visualisation tools like matplotlib, seaborn, and plotly
How to organise reusable code and build small projects for your own research
