Looking for a working download link for Dragon Motif Builder (Huang et al., 2005). Has anyone archived this tool or know where to find it?

There are literally hundreds of motif-finding programs. Are you looking for Dragon Motif Builder to reproduce previous results? If not, I don't see a compelling reason to use something that was published 20 years ago, and seemingly not maintained either in a code repository or as a web tool.
