We still have space available in our upcoming Genome Annotation workshop (virtual but live instruction – Nov. 18–20). This hands-on workshop will cover genome assembly validation, annotation using tools like Helixer, BRAKER, and EASEL, and evaluation of annotation results. Participants will gain practical experience with real datasets and learn how to generate high-quality genome annotations.
