How to define RNA-seq protocol based on NCBI description

Hi

I have obtained some RNA-seq files as sra format from NCBI, Now I want to know the RNA-seq protocol of these files for determination of library type of tophat optional.

It'll normally say how the libraries were made on SRA/GEO (if not, ask the submitter to update things). If you're impatient, just align everything as unstranded and have a look at the results. It'll normally be apparent if anything should be changed.
