Is there a nice R package to map human and mouse syntenic regions?

Hi everyone,

I have chromosomal amplifications and deletions coordinates for human cancer with the syntenic mouse coordinates. I was wondering: is there a nice package in R (or other software) that could map them altogether with colour (e.g. green = amp and red = deletions)? I see such graphs often.

Thank you.

Can you add as an example a Link to such a graph?
