Hi. The docs say that columns 32+ are "Per sample: the sample name, followed by the total number of supporting reads whose anchors are upstream, the total number of unique supporting reads whose anchors are upstream, the total number of supporting reads whose anchors are downstream, and finally the total number of unique supporting reads whose anchors are downstream."

That's true for my old runs under version 2.4, but now I've upgraded to 2.5a7 and my last columns are like this:

<sample name> 36 36 3 3 5 4

The 3 3 5 4 are the same upstream/unique upstream/downstream/unique downstream as before (since I can compare them to earlier columns); but what are the 36s? Thanks!
